About Us

Tiger Sewing Solutions are a UK based manufacturing company (CMT). 

We work with companies; large or small requiring specialise sewing services.

During the Covid-19 lockdown we manufactured barrier gowns for the NHS, manufacturing approx. 350,000 units over a 14-month period, with weekly shipments of up to 8000 gowns.

To facilitate this from a standing start, we recruited staff to cut, machine, quality check, fold, pack, and despatch. We also invested in numerous sewing machines to provide the capability required.

We now have a dedicated team with a vast skill set, from theatre costumiers, wedding dress designers, upholstery machinists, seamstresses and tailors. This skill base allows us to offer our customers a full Cut, Make and Trim Service (CMT).

Working with Tiger Sewing Solutions, you can be confident that all your items will be made in the UK, by our specialist team of pattern cutters and experienced machinists. 

We are one of the few remaining corporate trouser manufactures in the UK. All of our products are manufactured by our in-house team at our facility in Eastleigh, Hampshire.  We are proud to form partnerships with UK suppliers to ensure that their products are manufactured in the UK.
